Trade & offer

Goods, prices, terms.

01What goods does Zerdawa trade in?
In goods of all kinds — our range shows the focus areas: food, beverages, packaging, hygiene, non-food and more. Your goods missing? Asking costs nothing.
02How do I get an offer?
Via the enquiry form: goods, quantity, destination. First response as soon as possible on working days, followed by a binding offer.
03What minimum quantities apply?
Usually from a single pallet; economically optimal from a full container. The specific minimum quantity depends on goods and origin and is stated in the offer.
04What are the payment terms?
Depending on goods, volume and business relationship — from advance payment to payment terms. The terms are stated transparently in the offer.
Logistics & delivery

Transport, customs, deadlines.

01Which Incoterms do you offer?
From EXW to DDP — depending on how much responsibility you wish to hand over. When in doubt, we advise.
02Who takes on customs and documents?
We do — trade documents, certificates of origin and customs clearance are coordinated with experienced partners.
03How do I track my shipment?
You receive clear transit times, tracking and proactive updates — from booking to arrival.
04Are the goods insured?
We offer transport insurance for every shipment; in the event of a claim we take on the handling.
Cooperation & quality

Samples, suppliers, contracts.

01Do I receive samples before ordering?
Yes — sampling before the main order is standard with us, as are certificates and test proofs depending on goods type.
02Can I use individual services, e.g. just the logistics?
Yes. Our chain is modular: sourcing, handling, logistics and distribution can be booked individually or as a package.
03How do I become a supplier to Zerdawa?
Via the 'Become a supplier' page: send your profile, samples and terms are reviewed, then a trial order follows.
04In which languages do you work?
German, English and French — in negotiation, documents and support.
